QR ticketing
Sell tickets online, email each buyer a unique QR code and scan them at the door from any phone. For events, clubs and classes.
Custom web apps for small businesses that install on any phone, at a fixed price agreed before we start. You own everything.
Six apps we build, one on each face. Pick one, or turn the cube.
Each one replaces a job your team still does by hand. This is what they look like on screen.

Customers order from their phone and pick up when it's ready. Every order on one screen, with no marketplace fees.
Stock, shifts, bookings or customers in one place instead of spreadsheets and group chats.
Tell us what slows your business down. If an app is the right answer, we'll scope it. If it isn't, we'll tell you.
A web app (PWA) installs on the home screen like any other app, but it's one build for iPhone, Android and desktop. That keeps the work smaller and the price lower. When you do need the App Store and Google Play, we publish it there too.

# No store review. Nothing to download.
An association that runs expos every few months had an old system that only one outside developer could change. They wanted to sell and check tickets on their own.
We built a new one from scratch: they create events, sell online and check people in at the door from their own phones.
The client's name stays private until they approve sharing it. Event and names below are examples.
Enjoy the event.

Every phase ends with a live demo, so you see real progress and nothing arrives as a surprise.
We start with your problem, not with “an app”: what takes too long, what gets lost, what customers ask for.
The problem, the solution, what's included, the timeline, a fixed price and how payment works.
Each phase ends with a live demo, so you can adjust early instead of at the end.
A short training session for you and your team, plus a one-page manual.
Optional maintenance for small changes, monitoring and support.
Every project gets a written quote with a closed scope. These are starting prices; yours depends on what the app needs to do.

50% when you accept the proposal, 50% on delivery. The scope is fixed in a signed quote; anything new is quoted separately. The hosting account, domain and store accounts are always in your name.
Something else? Email aycstudio.site@gmail.com and you'll get a reply from the person who builds your app.
An app that runs in the browser and can be installed on the home screen of any iPhone or Android phone. It works like a regular app, but it doesn't need App Store approval and every update reaches all your users at once.
Usually not. For loyalty cards, ticketing, menus or internal tools, a web app is enough and much cheaper. If you need the App Store and Google Play, we publish it there too. The store accounts are in your name: Apple charges $99 a year and Google $25 once.
You do. The hosting account, the domain and the store accounts are set up in your name, and your data stays with you.
It depends on the scope. Your proposal includes a timeline split into phases, with a demo at the end of each one, before you pay anything.
50% when you accept the proposal and 50% on delivery. The scope is fixed in a signed quote; anything new is quoted separately.
Remotely, over video calls, email and WhatsApp. We schedule calls in your time zone and you see progress in a live demo at the end of every phase.
