02What data we process
This website has only one form: the UGC creator network sign-up, explained in the next section. Apart from that, we only process your data if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp or email, or if you hire us:
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address and business name.
- The content of your messages and any material you send us for your website (texts, photos, logo).
- Billing details, if you hire a service.
- Payment details: if you pay by card or Apple Pay, Stripe processes them directly. We only see your name, email, the amount and the last digits of your card, never the full number.
- Technical connection data (such as your IP address), which the hosting provider processes to serve and protect the website. From your IP, Cloudflare tells us the approximate country you are visiting from, which we use only to show you the website in Spanish or English; we do not store it.
- Ad measurement data: only if you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads records whether you arrived from one of our ads and whether you then contacted us by WhatsApp or email or made a payment. We cannot tell who you are from this data.
03UGC creator network
If you sign up at acstudio.site/en/creators to film videos for brands, we process this data:
- Contact details: name, city, email and WhatsApp number.
- Age and your confirmation that you are 18 or over.
- Your content: links to your social media and to 2 or 3 sample videos. We don't store the videos, only the links.
- Your creator profile: the niches you film, your rough rate and your availability.
- Our internal review of your profile (status, notes and rating) and the date you accepted this policy.
Why: to review your profile and contact you when there's a video campaign that suits you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it's stored: in a Cloudflare database that only A&C Studio can access. We never pass your details to a brand without telling you first: when we offer you a campaign, we'll tell you which details that brand needs.
How long: for as long as you stay in the network. If 24 months go by without us working together or talking, we delete it. To stop automated submissions we keep a code calculated from your IP address (never the IP itself), which is deleted within 48 hours.
Deleting your data: email us at aycstudio.site@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my creator data" and we'll delete it completely within one month at the latest.
04Why we use it
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiries and preparing a quote or proposal | Pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b) |
| Designing, publishing and maintaining the website you hire | Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b) |
| Issuing invoices and meeting accounting and tax obligations | Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) |
| Reviewing your creator profile and contacting you about video campaigns | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Keeping the website secure and running (technical connection data) | Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) |
| Sending you news or offers, only if you ask us to | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6.1.a) |
| Measuring the results of our Google ads (whether a visit that came from an ad ends in a WhatsApp or email contact, or in a payment) | Your consent, given in the cookie notice and which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE) |
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
05How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Clients: for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the legally required periods (6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax records).
- Marketing communications: until you withdraw your consent.
- Creator network: until you ask to leave or, at most, 24 months without contact.
06Who we share it with
We never sell or hand over your data. Only the providers we need in order to operate can access it, with the safeguards required by the GDPR:
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting, creator network database and protection against attacks |
| Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) | Processing card and Apple Pay payments and the monthly support subscription |
| Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads) | Measuring whether our ads work, only if you accept advertising cookies |
| WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) | If you message us on WhatsApp |
| Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail) | If you email us |
| Tax or accounting adviser | Invoice management, if applicable |
| Tax authorities and other public bodies | When required by law |
07International transfers
Some of these providers (Cloudflare, Google, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
08Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given.
To do so, email us at aycstudio.site@gmail.com with “Data protection” in the subject line. We will reply within one month at the latest.
09Security
The website is always served encrypted (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.
10Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14, and the creator network only accepts people aged 18 or over: if we find that someone is a minor, we delete their data.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the last update always appears at the top of the page.
